I ordered the Porsche slim case for my iPhone 13 pro and was sent a iPhone 13 case. The case is beautiful but does not fit my phone. Contacting your support team I was informed that the wrong case had been ordered. I did not click on the iPhone 13 box when ordering but regardless just want to receive the correct case. Support told me to pay shipping cost to receive the 13 pro case which I did on June 23. The shipping charge invoice was 9928. I was told to be patient as the warehouse was busy. I have contacted support and not received a shipping number or any indication that my case was or will be shipped at my expense. Could you give me a tracking number or update as to the status of my order. Thank you in advance, Terry Gage.
