Is there an exchange rate?
All our transactions are based in Dollar(USD). If your credit card is denominated in another currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated using the daily exchange rate on the day your card issuer processed the transaction

What if I need to change my order?
We process orders quickly, but we do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Please send an email to support@mocacophonecase.com with “Urgent Change Order” in the email subject line, although we cannot guarantee changes before shipping (our warehouse works really fast!) We will definitely try To help you!

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
Yes indeed ! However, you should contact us as soon as possible to avoid that the order has not been changed and the package has been sent. Please check your order details such as model number and color before checkout to ensure that your order is correct

When does my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 7-12 days in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom and France and 10-15 days in other countries. Delivery times vary depending on transport channels in different countries.
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders will only be processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Sunday. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. ET will be processed the next business day. On the day your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Domestic and international shipping time frames depend on the address and shipping method selected.

Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?

What is an SSL certificate?
Most online stores use SSL certificates SSL stands for “Secure Sockets Layer” although it is also sometimes referred to as “Transport Layer Security” (or TLS).
